Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 01, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the dynamic QR code generation service "DynQR" ("the Service") provided by A. Logos Ailys ("the Operator"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

Article 1 (The Service)

The Service allows users to create dynamic QR codes. A dynamic QR code redirects to a destination URL that can be changed later by the user. Upon creation, the Service provides a secret edit URL which the user is solely responsible for managing. The Operator does not store or have access to this secret edit URL.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)

The User shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

  • Using the service to redirect to content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
  • Acts that infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of the Operator or third parties.
  • Acts that place an excessive load on the Service's servers or network, or acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service.
  • Any other acts that the Operator deems inappropriate.

Article 3 (Disclaimers)

The Operator makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Service. The user uses the service at their own risk.

The Operator is not responsible for the content of the destination URLs set by the user. Any disputes arising from the content linked by the QR codes shall be resolved between the user and the relevant third parties.

The Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to the loss of their secret edit URL, or for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

Article 4 (Suspension of the Service)

The Operator may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice if it is determined that system maintenance is required or if the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to unforeseen circumstances. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to such suspension.

Article 5 (Modification of the Terms)

The Operator may modify these Terms at any time without notifying the user. The modified Terms shall become effective from the time they are posted on this website.

Article 6 (Governing Law)

The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
